Note:- 1. Safety Audit to be conducted before giving NOC to any function/ celebration/ festivals by the department when such are arranged by individuals, private bodies, corporates, private sector institutions (to be conducted by the concerned Assistant Divisional Officer /Divisional Officer)
2. In case any issues/ disputes , the Director General will be the final authority for decision making including waiving of charges.
3. DG may waive charges after issuing a speaking order when the services to be rendered for public order, public safety.
